Treasurer Funds
The funds for the beautification committee are held in our checking account but they are not part of the ladies’ club funds. All incoming and outgoing transactions are to be for beautification purposes only.
The funds for mixer committee should only have incoming and outgoing transactions for the mixer only.
The AZGA account should have only payments from members for the yearly dues. When the AZGA is paid for from all members the account should be at zero. The yearly fee that is paid by our club should be expensed to the general account.
Ringer and Hole-In-one should be used only for that purpose. The Ringer account should be at zero when the winners are calculated at the end of the calendar year (paid in January at membership meeting). If nobody gets a hole-in-one during regular ladies’ day play, that balance should carry over to the next year.
Social tournament accounts in our club are defined as Brown Bag (November, January & March), Guys and Gals, Krazy, Eclectic. Additional tournaments include the Club Championship/Handicap and Medallion. These eight tournaments have allocated funds in the budget for each year. For each tournament a check is written for the budgeted amount made out to RCSC and given to the person in charge of that tournament.
Social account includes Christmas Party, Team play snacks and decorations.
All other funds should be expensed to General that are not identified in the budget.
